Dozens of workers are busy renovating the longtime closed hotel Esplanada.
The official opening is planned in January and the name will be changed into Ahnvee Resort & Sports.
The hotel is located at the end of the main street Pedro Clisante opposite Hotel Colibri.

It will be a luxury 5-star all inclusive resort with 144 hotel suites and 3 full-service restaurants.
The management thinks that at least 200 professional skilled workers will be needed.
Last Saturday, October 22 candidates could apply for these vacancies.
The job fair was held at the convention center of Sosúa Bay Casino.
In the course of the day at least 500 candidates showed up this Saturday to apply for the position of manager, sales manager, customer service, domestic help, cleaners and kitchen staff.
Candidates must have appropriate training and experience in the hotel sector.
The exact date of the official opening of the Ahnvee Resort & Sports will be announced in the coming months.
