The mayor of Sosúa, Willfredo Olivences, together with councilors and Nolberto Mota, director of Urban Development, yesterday received a group of foreign residents living in the municipality.
During the meeting, visitors shared a series of suggestions and requests with the aim of improving the quality of life of the international community in the area.
In an atmosphere of open and constructive dialogue, Mayor Olivences listened attentively to the proposals of foreign residents.
He emphasized the importance of continuous communication between the municipal government and the community to solve the challenges faced by citizens of different nationalities.

The mayor and aldermen promised to analyze the requests and look for solutions that benefit both foreign residents and the community at large.
'These types of meetings are essential to strengthen integration and cooperation between the different groups that make up our community,' Olivences said.
Topics discussed included improvements in public services, safety and opportunities for active participation of international residents in community activities.
The mayor and council members present were positive about the proposals and emphasized that the well-being of all Sosúa residents is a priority for the municipal government.
