Wednesday Mayor Ilana Neumann inaugurated the newly built supermarket 'Super Pola'.
Pastor Bernardo Vásquez gave his blessing with an aspergillum too.
In recent months they have worked very hard, even in the evenings and weekends, to complete the supermarket.
Much earlier than everyone expected, this new supermarket in Sosúa opened its doors.
The range is similar to what is available in the Supermercado Playero, but then, they say, cheaper.

In a previous post we mentioned that Super Pola would only be open for entrepreneurs, this appears to be not true.
Private individuals are very welcome at the supermarket.
The Super Pola is located opposite the entrance to Trade Winds at the highway towards Cabarete.
So just outside of Sosúa in the direction of Cabarete on the left side of the road.
