At the end of Calle Alejo Martínez near the Casino Playa Chiquito, a nice, not to big hotel is located.
Just behind the entrance is left the restaurant and on the right the lobby.
Behind the restaurant is a beautiful garden with a large pool, nice seats and a cozy bar.
Around it are the apartments.
These are pretty well maintained apartments and are all equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet and a balcony overlooking the pool.
Henk Jaap is the manager and Joe (German) and Dick (Dutch) are his assistants.

Because the hotel is somewhat remote there is more possible than in many other hotel.
A great party night with a band?
That's no problem.
A BBQ at the pool until early morning hours.
Also fine.
Late in the evening with everyone in the pool?
Also nice.
HenkJaap and Dick jump in too.
If you respect each other almost everything is possible in this hotel.
It is also a hotel which you can visit if you travel alone.
If you are a single in an all-inclusive hotel, you're among the couples and families with children.
Nothing wrong with that, because an all-inclusive hotel is also very comfortable.
But if you are single you can feel very lonely.
Not so in Voramar.
There are more singles and sitting at the bar, at the pool or even eating breakfast it is easy to make contact with other guests.
If you are there HenkJaap will soon show you around the nightlife of Sosúa and surroundings.
Because he knows all the entertainment sites you will also go to places where ordinary tourists do not visit.
BBQ
In the afternoon, everyone gets ready to go to the beach of Sosúa.
That's about 15 minutes walking distance.
But with one of the waiting motoconcho's (motorbike taxis) you are there in five minutes.
Sosúa beach is among the nicest in the entire Caribbean.
The water is clear and azure blue and a comfortable temperature.
There you can enjoy a cocktail at one of the many beach bars.
Between 5 and 6 PM it’s happy hour at the bar of Voramar.
Furthermore, almost every week there is a BBQ which always leads to a nice party.

At sunset, the party lights in the garden by the pool are turned on.
It looks magical and cozy.
The bar is usually well filled and there is still the possibility to use the pool.
The nice thing about this hotel is that all nationalities are present.
Many guests come here for many years.
It is for a single traveler one of the nicest hotels in Sosúa.
