The bar and nightclub Gran Velero, formerly known as Latino bar, is since recently very popular among tourists.
For four weeks, Ad (formerly Black Box owner) has been appointed there as manager and since then, the policy of the disco changed dramatically.
The two pool tables are removed and one of the pool tables is now set up in the back of the bar.
On the platform where the pool tables were, now there are placed three bar tables.
The tables are made from old Brugal rum barrels by the Belgian entrepreneur Ivan.

Furthermore, new widescreen TVs and a projection screen TV have been installed.
They present music videos on these screens now.
Every Monday night it is Happy Hour time in Gran Velero.
Every Wednesday there is a live music performance by the renowned artist 'Jepols'.
On Thursday evenings it's Ladies Night, with special attractions for the ladies, but where also the gentlemen can enjoy themselves.
Gran Velero (main sail) under the direction of the sympathetic Ad, is now heading 'full sail' for fun and entertainment.
