Sea of Fire makes a definitive end to La Roca
A raging fire destroyed the 'La Roca' building early Tuesday morning, now for the second time.
This building is located at the beginning of the main street Pedro Clisante.
It burned to the ground before in November 2014.
Although the volunteer fire brigade arrived after a short time and tried to extinguish it with all their might, they failed to save the remaining remains of the building.
The fire brigade was able to prevent adjacent buildings from being endangered.
The historic building is unfortunately to be considered totally lost.
According to the fire brigade commander, the building contained a large amount of wood and flammable waste.
About the cause of this 2nd fire the commander was not able to make any statement.
The building has a rich history that we wrote about before.
After this second fire in La Roca, this historic building has definitely come to an end.
