In an ongoing effort to keep public spaces clean and orderly, Sosúa Mayor Wilfredo Olivences has issued clear instructions to the municipal cleaning team to continue cleaning operations in the different sectors of the city.
The mayor emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean city as a fundamental part of the well-being and health of all residents, and to ensure an attractive image for visitors.

Sosúa is a top-class tourist destination and we want to continue to distinguish ourselves through our natural beauty and the hospitality of our people.

To achieve this, cleanliness and order are essential, Olivences said.
Cleaning duties include removing weeds, collecting solid waste and maintaining parks and green areas.
In addition, citizens are now being called on to cooperate, deposit waste in designated places and prevent waste from being thrown on public roads.
With this initiative, Mayor Wilfredo Olivences confirms his commitment to the sustainable development and beautification of Sosúa and invites all residents to contribute to a cleaner and healthier city.
